Reporting to the Director of Operations, your role is to oversee the Starter program in the Île-de-France region:
Sourcing and Selection of Contractors:
• Develop and implement a sourcing action plan.
• Select and assemble a class of students.
• Refer unsuccessful candidates to other opportunities.
Program Management:
• Prepare and coordinate the educational schedule, the integration between
instructors, and the allocation of material and human resources.
• Schedule individual meetings with entrepreneurs.
• Lead the cohort and foster a positive group dynamic.
• Identify partners and instructors.
• Coordinate mentoring.
• Organize key events throughout the program.
Ecosystem:
• Integrate the program into the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the
region.
• Promote entrepreneurship in neighborhoods in conjunction with other
programs of theorganization.
Other:
• Co-manage the entrepreneurs’ incubator.
• Represent and promote the program to
private and public partners.
• Help develop new financial resources.
• Contribute to the financial, communication, and reporting aspects
related to the program’s effective management.
• Participate in key events at Sport dans la ville.
• “Entrepreneurial” mindset: autonomy, a passion for challenges and innovation.
• Technical entrepreneurial skills: business model, sales strategy, communication, financial management, and
funding.
• Interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, and the ability to rally a team.
