Does a donation to Sport dans la Ville qualify for an income tax deduction?
Yes. As an individual donor, your donation entitles you to an income tax deduction equal to 66% of the donation amount (up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income; any excess may be carried forward to the following 5 years) (Articles 200 and 238 bis of the General Tax Code).
