Mission

As part of the “ Job dans la Ville ” Isère team, you will support the Isère branch of Passe Décisive (young people ages 16 to 25 who are not in school and live in QPV neighborhoods).

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Identify and enroll approximately 50 young people per year (outreach efforts, meetings with local stakeholders, drop-in sessions, etc.)

• Ensure individualized support for each young person through regular meetings (to recognize the young person’s strengths, develop an action plan for employment or training, work to remove barriers to integration in collaboration with local partners, etc.)

• Ensure the day-to-day group activities for the class (job search techniques; company visits; organizing weekly sports sessions, workshops on traffic rules, budget management, mental health, etc.) by drawing on partners or guest speakers as needed.

• Handle reporting and administrative follow-up.

• Serve as the point of contact for the program with local partners (nonprofit organizations, Missions Locales, France Travail, specialized prevention services, etc.) and ensure that identified individuals are enrolled

Desired profile

• Experience in social and professional support: ability to conduct interviews, develop personalized plans, and monitor integration pathways.

• Facilitation and teaching skills: confidence in leading groups, conducting workshops, and raising awareness of professional norms.

• Knowledge of local stakeholders: a good understanding of employment and training programs, and the ability to develop a network of partners (nonprofits, businesses, institutions).

• Interpersonal and organizational skills: active listening, empathy, the ability to manage multiple projects, a sense of priorities, and attention to detail.

• Preferred education in the social services, workforce integration, or sports fields (2–5 years of post-secondary education), ideally with a degree that qualifies the holder to lead sports sessions.
