Founded in 1998, the Association " Sport dans la Ville " is France’s leading sports-based social integration or organization .
It works to promote equal opportunities by fostering the social and professional integration of young people from priority neighborhoods. Its mission is to give the young people it supports the confidence, motivation, and resources they need to succeed.
Reporting to the Corporate Relations Manager for Job dans la Ville, you will help promote career opportunities for young people by identifying and compiling all job openings from our partners and ensuring the professional development of the young people in the Job dans la ville program. To this end, your main responsibilities will be:
Employment Management:
– Job Posting Management: Compile a list of partner job openings (internships for 9th and 10th graders, professional internships, end-of-study internships, work-study programs, and jobs) and share them with young people. You can also monitor the job market:
– Application Management: Match internal applicants by verifying that they meet the required qualifications, in collaboration with the employment placement coordinators.
– Follow-up: Track the status of applications and monitor employees’ performance at our partner companies.
Internal Career Events (Career Discovery Forum and Job Dating):
– Collecting and sharing job openings related to the event; communicating with teams.
– Candidate management: identifying young people and ensuring they meet the required qualifications.
– Event organization: ensuring the forum runs smoothly and handling all pre-event logistics.
Other responsibilities:
– You will prepare reports, summaries, and follow-up after the forum.
– You may be asked to lead workshops for young people (resumes, etc.).
• You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources.
• You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Your expertise in recruitment and HR processes will enable you to be recognized as a go-to expert on these topics.
• You must hold a Class B driver’s license.
