Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will serve as a key operational support.
Operational support and coordination :
• Run the startup incubator: manage rooms, organize common areas (kitchen, lounge), host regular events…
• Organize mentoring pairs and monitor the mentoring relationship.
• Sourcing initiatives and entrepreneurship outreach.
• Provide logistical support for both tracks: reserving spaces, coordination, and liaising with entrepreneurs…
• Manage the logistics for program events: key events and activities (scheduling, vendors, reception, coordination, etc.).
Management and Monitoring:
• Assist with data collection and reporting on activities.
• Collaborate on setting and monitoring annual operational objectives.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree (first or second year).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: independence, a passion for challenges, and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical skills to manage and ensure data quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and network effectively.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (SharePoint).
• Interest in the nonprofit sector and initiatives focused on social and professional integration.
