Employment meetings for Job dans la Ville attendees

Young people from Job dans la Ville had the opportunity to meet companies during our “Cafés de l’Emploi” over the last holidays. These meetings were made to help them find an internship or a job.

To help getting our youth to work, Job dans la Ville offers workshops dedicated to work/study training program. School break is a great time to organize “Cafés de l’Emploi”, which gives the young people a chance to go through interviews.

In Paris, the employment workshop was hosted by White&Case firm. 36 young people went through interviews with recruitment consultants from Auchan-Sarcelles, Stef-Monsoult, Casino, Monoprix, Decathlon-Madeleine, Fnac Halles and Montparnasse. 15 of them were selected to go through a second interview!

In Lyon, the “Café de l’Emploi” gathered 15 young people with recruitment consultants from McDonald’s and Apicil. 9 of them chose to apply for a student job at McDonald’s and five of them were selected. Another three applied for a job at Apicil and one of them was selected for a temporary contract in Human Resources.
